Pastor Johnson preached at the Central District Meeting in Farmville at the Crystal Cathedral where the very elect District Elder Maurice Carter is the pastor and the power of God fell in that place. Pastor Johnson had a very powerful prayer line where saints were healed of dysfunctional situations. Pastor Johnson went into the pulpit and the Lord pushed him back into the aisle and he laid his hands on Sister Courtney Brown and told her she was loosed. Sister Brown later told us she had a problem with bowel movements since birth and was not going regularly; maybe once a week. Sister Brown said now she is going everyday if not two and three times a day. Some may find that funny or even insignificant; but this can cause real issues. She was not only loosed physically but she was loosed spiritually that day also. GLORY BE TO GOD FOR THE GREAT THINGS HE HAS DONE!!!
Little Sister Laila Stephens, who is two years of age, received a healing. Little Sister Stephens had been talking in a manner where she was not being understood and certainly at the age of two her vocabulary should have been more advanced. One evening Little Sister Stephens was at the Johnson’s house, he laid his hands on her and told her she will began to speak in a correct manner. Sister Courtney Brown, who is Little Sister Laila Stephens mother, states now her vocabulary has gotten better and on occasions can not get her to be quiet. Brother Sterling Harris Sr. received a word back in January 2010 telling him if he just come to church and give the Lord his tenth; that He would bless his construction business. The economy right now is very slow and jobs for construction are definitely slow and for the Lord to give a word like that to Pastor Johnson is truly amazing. Once the doors open in January for his business, he stop coming to church and did not even give the Lord his tenth. Pastor and Lady Johnson kept calling and texting him and he would not return either the text or phone calls. This was a true word from the Lord not some word to please the flesh. March 2010, Brother Sterling Harris Sr. ended up in the hospital with a glucose level over 650. The doctors could not understand why he was not in a diabetic coma; nothing but the power of the Lord. Pastor and Lady Johnson, they are also Brother Harris' sister and brother-in-law, went to the hospital and they talked for awhile until the nurses finished doing their thing. Lady Johnson shut the door to the Critical Care Unit and stated we are not here as brother and sister, we are now here as Pastor and First Lady. The Lord again gave the same word to him about his business and told him that he would not have to take insulin for very long. The next week he started receiving calls for construction work so much that he is going to have to hire another crew. On Monday mornings Brother Harris comes to Pastor and Lady Johnson house to make his calls because he states he gets the most business when he makes the calls from their house. During this economical hard time for him, he was also in danger of losing his house; again he made the call from Pastor’s house. Lady Johnson had left the room and the mortgage company had told him they could not do anything for him. When Lady Johnson began to come back down the steps as she hit the bottom step; the mortgage company told him congratulations you have been approved for a loan modification for less than half of his mortgage. The amount he pays for his mortgage a person can not get an apartment for that price. Brother Harris diabetes is steadily showing improvement where he is taking less insulin. He knows that the word that has been given is a true word and if he does not listen to the instructions of the Lord those things could turn for him. Sister Jennifer Lawton received deliverance from smoking cigarettes. One Sunday afternoon Greater Hope Ministries decided to fellowship with Little Rock Church where the pastor is Elder Christopher Goode, and the power and the glory of God met us there. Sister Lawton had gotten so slain in the spirit that afternoon; she was drunk for awhile, the type of intoxication that alcohol can not give a person. This is nothing but the Holy Ghost. Sister Lawton stated that later that evening she tried to smoke a cigarette and the taste was immediately taken from her; she threw the whole pack of cigarettes away. Sister Juanita Campbell took power and authority over a pit bull that tried to attack her. Pastor Johnson had just done a teaching on taking power and authority; little did Sister Campbell know she would have to use it so quickly. The school that she works at had a lock down and she and another coworker went outside to make sure that the gates were closed and locked. During that time a man was waving at her to warn her that two pit bulls were coming at her; but she thought he was just speaking to her. The pit bulls had run up on Sister Campbell by the time she realized why the man was waving. Sister Campbell stood still and looked at the dogs and dogs stopped and looked at her. This went back and forth for about 10-15 seconds and then the dogs dropped their hands and ran off. Who says we don’t have DUNAMIS POWER!!!!! GLORY BE TO GOD FOR THE GREAT THINGS HE HAS DONE!!!
